Hydralazine hydrochloride (One -hydrazinophthalazine monohydrochloride; Apresoline®) occurs as medication used to treat high blood pressure. The vasodilator, hydralazine works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart while reducing its workload. These are normally utilized in the trouble of pregnancy called preeclampsia.

Administration
